This is a very simple pattern for making a teemo mushroom (assuming you knew what a teemo mushroom is).
The mushroom body is done in 3 individual pieces and assemble together. See in photo examples below.
Material:
Green 8ply cotton
Brown 8ply cotton
Purple 8 ply cotton
Abbreviations
Ch = Chain

You may choose to do more row to create a shape to your taste.
Mushroom cap Bottom piece:

Row 3: Sc in each st (12)
Row 4: Dec 6 times (6)

You may choose to do more rows to make a longer stem.
Fasten off. Make sure to leave a tail long enough to sew the stem to the mushroom cap bottom later.
Add some stuffing into the stem.
Purple Dots: They will be sewn onto the top of the mushroom. I made 3 full circle and 2 half circle.
Full circle dots
Ch2
Row 1: Sc6 into third chain from hook (6)
Sl st into first st from Row 1.
Fasten off.
Half circle dots
Ch2
Row 1: Sc 4 into third chain from hook (4) This will be similar to a half circle.
Fasten off.
Assemble:
Sew or Slip stitch around the cap top and bottom, add stuffing before it is sewn together completely. Sew mushroom stem onto cap bottom. Sew purple dots on mushroom cap top.
Now you have a teemo mushroom you can attach to a key chain. ^_^
